We believe that you can use your menstrual cycle and hormonal fluctuations to your advantage and tailor the type, prescription and nutrition specifically for your female physiology. Yes we have specific education on endometriosis in our female toolkit. This includes advice on nutrition, pelvic floor release and mobility work.

Yes. We have specific sections on stress urinary incontinence, and step by step strategies to help minimise its occurrence.

There is evidence to show that women are up to 8 times more at risk of anterior cruciate ligament injuries. With this in mind specific strengthening and plyometric training is really important. We talk you through this in our female fit programmes and our junior glow programmes due to be released in 2025.
