Yes we have a variety of classes designed from beginner all the way through to advanced.
Yes , we offer mini flow and express classes (under 20 minutes) as well as our full body and sports classes (under 45 minutes).
The majority of classes can be completed without any equipment but we did suggest use of a pilates ball and theraband in some of the workouts.
We suggest you have clearance from your healthcare provider if you are specifically concerned about an injury. We suggest stopping any of the workouts if any of your symptoms worsen or you develop new symptoms.
