These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and subscribers of our female fitness course website. Please read them carefully before using our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines that we may post on the Services.

2. Eligibility

2.2 Glowfit is designed for female users. By accessing and using our platform, you acknowledge that the content is tailored for women; however, we cannot prevent anyone who meets the age requirement from accessing our Services.
3. Registration & Account Security
3.1 Registration: To access certain features, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete registration information.
3.2 Account Sharing: Each account is for individual use only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must not share them with anyone else.
3.3 Unauthorised Use: You agree to immediately notify us if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
4. Fitness Content & Waiver
4.1 Fitness Programmes: Our Services include fitness routines, video tutorials, and exercise instructions. You acknowledge that all workouts are general fitness advice and not professional medical or healthcare advice.
4.2 Medical Clearance: We strongly recommend consulting a doctor or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or fitness programme, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.
4.3 Waiver Requirement: As a condition of using our Services, you are required to sign a comprehensive waiver form, acknowledging and accepting the risks associated with physical exercise. If you do not sign the waiver, you are not permitted to participate in our programmes or access our Services.
4.4 Assumption of Risk: By using our fitness programmes, you acknowledge that participation involves physical exertion and potential risks. You voluntarily assume all risks related to any injuries or health conditions that might arise.
5. Payments & No Refund Policy
5.1 Subscription & Fees: Certain parts of our Services may be offered on a subscription or pay-per-view basis. All fees and payment details will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
5.2 No Refunds: All payments made for our Services are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, including for partial use of a subscription period or if you decide to discontinue your subscription.
5.3 Billing Cycle: Subscriptions (if applicable) will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. Please review your subscription settings to avoid unwanted charges.
6. Licence & Prohibited Actions
6.1 Limited Licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
6.2 No Downloads or Distribution: You must not download, copy, record, reproduce, share, or distribute any videos or other content from the Services without our express written permission.
6.3 Prohibited Actions: You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Circumvent or interfere with the security features of the Services.
- Use any automated means (including bots or scrapers) to access the Services.
- Harass or harm other users, or collect personal information about them without their consent.
- Upload or transmit any harmful or malicious software or code.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Medical Advice: Glowfit’s Services and content are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties: We provide our Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind (express or implied). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glowfit and its employees, directors, contractors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use our Services,
- Any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions arising from your participation in our fitness programmes,
- Unauthorised access to your account,
- Any other matter related to our Services.
8.4 Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your health and well-being when using our Services. By participating in our fitness programmes, you acknowledge that Glowfit cannot be held liable for any adverse consequences.
9. Indemnity
9.1 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glowfit, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, and expenses (including solicitor’s fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Services,
- Your breach of these Terms,
- Any claim that your conduct caused damage to a third party.
10. Waiver & Release
10.1 By using our Services, you confirm that you have signed and agreed to the required waiver, releasing Glowfit from any liability for injuries, damages, or other claims arising from your participation.
10.2 You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks and accept full responsibility for your actions while using our Services.

11.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to all or part of our Services, without notice, if we believe that you have breached these Terms or engaged in any misconduct.
